Sophia Fregosi

Sophia Fregosi is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business recruiting. Currently serving as the Head of Go-to-Market & Business Recruiting at Snap Inc. since November 2023, Fregosi previously held the position of Director of Recruiting at Meta from June 2017 to June 2023. Prior roles include Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Dun & Bradstreet and various leadership positions in talent acquisition at AOL, Fox Interactive Media, TV Guide, Disney ABC Media Networks, Time Inc., and Accenture, LLP. Fregosi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Classical Studies from Hamilton College and completed secondary education at Buckingham, Browne & Nichols and Shady Hill School.
