Vicky Joynes

Vicky Joynes serves as the EMEA People Leader at Snap Inc. since September 2025, following a role as HRBP Leader at TikTok, where responsibilities included leading HR for the Global Brand and Communications and Global Public Policy teams. Prior to TikTok, Vicky held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of HR for Risk, Conduct, Financial Crime & Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank from October 2020 to January 2023. Vicky has also served as a Senior Director, HR Business Leader at Takeda, where the focus was on global HR leadership for the Takeda Business Solutions function. Earlier experiences include various HR roles at Vodafone, Lombard, and RBS Markets and International Banking, emphasizing strategic HR leadership and transformation initiatives across multiple sectors. Vicky holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and is a Chartered MCIPD professional.
