Praveen Gopalakrishnan

Praveen Gopalakrishnan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Praveen started their career as a Systems Analyst at Infosys in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Praveen then joined Telcordia Technologies as a Research Scientist from 2003 to 2007. Praveen then moved to Intel Labs, where they held two roles. Praveen was a Research Scientist from 2007 to 2013 and later promoted to Senior Research Scientist, a role they held from 2013 to 2016. Their focus areas at Intel Labs included visual analytics and mobile solutions for Retail. Praveen's most recent position is as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Snap2Insight, which they have held since September 2016. At Snap2Insight, they developed an app to provide actionable visibility at the store level.

Praveen Gopalakrishnan pursued their education chronologically. Praveen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Technology (BTech) from Cochin University of Science and Technology from 1994 to 1998. Afterwards, they obtained a Master's Degree in Wireless Communications from The Ohio State University between 2000 and 2001. Praveen further enhanced their knowledge and skills in the same field by completing another Master's Degree at Rutgers University, specializing in Wireless Communications, from 2001 to 2003.
