Dzmitry Aliakseyeu

Dzmitry Aliakseyeu has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Dzmitry started their career as a Full Stack Engineer at iKantam in 2011. Dzmitry then joined SymfonyArt Development as a Lead Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects and introduced the team to new technologies.

In 2012, they became a Senior Software Engineer and later a Software Engineer Team Lead at Yamiks iTech, where they led a team in developing a charity bidding system and worked on a backend project.

In 2013, Aliakseyeu joined 4living.ru as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on improving the advertisement logic for an interior articles website. Dzmitry also worked as a Team Lead at taxi5.by, where they developed a taxi app and CRM system.

From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Solutions Architect at LoveAMB LTD, consulting on processes and technical solutions for a network of dating websites.

In 2015, Aliakseyeu joined ArborPLUS as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a backend system for tree treatment orders.

Starting in 2016, they took on various roles at Snapcart, including Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, Principal Engineer, Senior Team Lead, Head of Engineering, and Principal Software Engineer. Dzmitry played a key role in enhancing the monolithic API, growing the team, and improving system and sprint processes.

In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Rocks & Gold, a position they held until 2022. Their responsibilities included leading technology strategies and operations.

Most recently, Aliakseyeu joined Fita in 2022 as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they led the development of a critical part of a web application platform for health and wellness coaches. Dzmitry also influenced the hiring and restructuring process to improve team efficiency and delivery.

Throughout their career, Aliakseyeu has demonstrated a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a track record of making significant contributions to the development and improvement of various systems and platforms.

Dzmitry Aliakseyeu began their education at Minsk Suvorov Military School in 2005, where they completed middle school from 2005 to 2007. Dzmitry then went on to attend Minsk State Higher Radioengineering College, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from 2008 to 2012.
