Jeff Richards is currently a partner and the Chief Operating Officer at SnapNurse. Prior to this, they were with InstaStaff and before that, they were with Grady Hospital from January 2008 to November 2017, where they served as the Department Director/Chief Anesthetist. In this role, they were responsible for OR anesthesia staffing, Anesthetist scheduling, Residency scheduling and education coordination, Pre-admission Testing, Preoperative-Pre-procedural Preparation, PACU liaison with physician leadership, OB/GYN anesthesia staffing and supply coordination, and Stroke Center anesthesia staffing and readiness.

Jeff Richards completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, where they studied psychology and pre-med. Jeff then went on to complete their Master of Medical Science at Emory University, where they studied anesthesiology. After working as an anesthesiologist for a few years, Jeff decided to go back to school to get their Master of Business Administration at Kennesaw State University. After completing their MBA, Jeff started their own business consulting firm. Jeff is also certified in Value Analysis from Belmont University and in CAA from the NCCAA.

They are on a team with Sean Hammond - CFO, Kim Grant - VP, Human Resources, and David Burton - Chief Technology Officer. Jeff Richards reports to Cherie Kloss, Founder & CEO.
