Margo Oshri

Margo Oshri currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Snappy since May 2022 and has been a Deputy GC Charter Member at TechGC since April 2021. Margo has extensive legal experience, including a previous role as Senior Legal Counsel at Own Company from April 2021 to May 2022 and as Corporate Counsel at Amdocs from July 2016 to April 2021, where Margo provided global legal support in various transactions. Prior to Amdocs, Margo worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at Shaked & Co. Law Offices, handling financing, investment, and M&A deals, and was an Articled Clerk at Steinmetz, Haring, Gurman & Co. Advocates. Earlier experience includes legal counsel and program management at the Illinois Campaign for Political Reform. Margo holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BA in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
