David Mahon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David started their career as a Butcher Assistant at Beirne's Butchers, where they gained experience in stock management, customer service, and cash handling. David then worked as a Bartender at The Landmark Hotel, where they developed skills in team communication, working under pressure, and customer service.

After their experience in the hospitality industry, David transitioned into the alcohol industry, working as a Jameson Brand Ambassador at Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard. In this role, they organized events, established relationships with key stakeholders, and educated consumers and bartenders about Jameson and Irish whiskey.

David builds and maintains relationships with clients, creates and maintains a database of accounts, leads, and customers.

David Mahon attended University College Dublin from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Commerce International with Chinese, specializing in Marketing. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification as a Gaelic Football Referee from the GAA in April 2014.
