Danton Weil has a diverse range of work experience. In 2015, they served as a Summer Intern at F-Secure Corporation, where they assisted with general HR and PR tasks and organized training sessions and client events. In 2016, they worked as an Intern and Interpreter at IWRAW-Asia Pacific, providing French-English interpretation and translation services at the 64th CEDAW convention. They also collaborated closely with French and Malian NGOs. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Kitchen Assistant at SAMBAL SHIOK LIMITED, performing various kitchen duties at a Malaysian restaurant, including working the pass during high-pressure situations and accommodating high-profile reviewers. In 2020, they became a Postgraduate Researcher in Astrophysics at Victoria University of Wellington, conducting research on the potential of Galaxy Clusters as Cosmological Probes. They worked under the supervision of Dr. Perrott and Dr. Parashar and concluded their research in 2021. In the same year, they joined the International Dark-Sky Association as an Advocate and Volunteer, focusing on protecting access to the night sky by translating brochures for a French audience and lobbying for new lighting guidelines. Finally, starting in October 2021, they became the Physics Content Team Manager at SnapRevise.

Danton Weil pursued their education from 2013 to 2015 at the Anglo-American School of Sofia, where they earned an IB Diploma. Danton then went on to attend the University of Nottingham from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained an MSci Hons degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics. Danton's studies at the University of Nottingham focused on the field of Theoretical and Mathematical Physics.
