Brittany Peterson

Brittany Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their current role as a CSO Manager at Snapsheet Inc since April 2022, they have successfully developed and expanded the CSO department, increasing the number of agents from 30 to 150. Brittany has also implemented improvements in training materials and targeted trends. From March 2012 to March 2015, Brittany held the position of Head Of Training And Development at Hollywood Palms Cinema. In this role, they managed 10 trainers and a staff of 50+ employees. Brittany was also responsible for creating and managing training materials for the kitchen and service departments, as well as conducting online hiring and phone interviews.

Brittany's work experience also includes a position as a Visual Design & Display Intern at Anthropologie from February 2012 to July 2012. Brittany excelled in creating and installing designs and displays, working on multiple window displays from concept to completion. Brittany showcased their skills in 3D installations using nontraditional and recycled materials.

Brittany Peterson is currently enrolled at Northern Illinois University, where they are pursuing a degree in Art Education. Prior to their enrollment at NIU, Brittany attended the College of DuPage and studied Liberal Arts and Sciences.
