Jen Mentzer

Customer Success Manager at Snapshot Design

Jen Mentzer has over 20 years of work experience in customer success and support management. In 2021, they began working at Snapshot as a Customer Success Manager and Support Manager. Prior to that, they worked at HCL Technologies from 2018-2021 as a Support Manager. From 2005-2018, they were a Support Manager and Technical Analyst/Team Lead at JDA Software, where they returned in November 2005 after working there from June 1999-December 2003. From 2003-2005, they were an Implementation Consultant at Campus Management, where they were responsible for implementing and training software applications at customer sites.

Jen Mentzer attended Penn State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Information Systems.
