Fregilia Lane is a seasoned professional in member and donor engagement with extensive experience in both nonprofit and higher education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement at Greater Houston Partnership since August 2021, Fregilia previously held multiple roles at the University of Houston from November 2015 to August 2020, including Assistant Director of Donor Relations, where Fregilia led presentations to enhance staff giving and supervised significant data conversion projects. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure where Fregilia revamped a faculty and staff giving program, significantly increasing participation rates. Fregilia Lane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Mississippi, graduated in 2005, and completed secondary education at Clinton High School in 2001.
