Lishen Pillay has a wealth of experience in the IT industry, having worked in various roles since 2009. Lishen began their career at Dell as a Sales Graduate, then progressed to Corporate Account Manager, Mid Market Account Manager, and finally Enterprise Account Manager. In 2016, they moved to Veritas Technologies LLC as a Field Territory Account Manager- Mid Market, where they were responsible for driving the entire Veritas solution stack. In 2017, they joined Micro Focus as an Enterprise Account Manager- Identity, Access & Security, and the following year they joined Sage as an Account Executive- Business Cloud Financials (SA & UK Market) and Account Executive- Sage Cloud Financials (South African Market). In 2019, they moved to Oracle as an Enterprise Account Executive- Cloud Applications (Financial Services & Telco) and Enterprise Account Executive - Cloud Applications (Manufacturing & Mining). Lishen is currently employed by both BMC Software as an Indirect Sales Leader ZA & Africa and Snapt as a Regional Enterprise Account Executive- EMEA.
Lishen Pillay obtained a BCOM degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2004 and 2008, studying Business, Information Systems, and Marketing. In addition, they hold certifications from Dell, The Dealmaker Company, Tremendis, Sales Magic, and Dimension Data. Lishen obtained the Dell License To Sell certification in January 2016.
