Hannes Trettin

Hannes Trettin has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Hannes is currently the Chief Program Officer and Co-Founder at HEROFOUNDERS - The Company Building Network, where they provide expertise, infrastructure, and resources to support sustainable, technology-driven business ideas. Hannes is also a Co-Founder of Project Bay, a German coworking-living space that aims to attract established companies and innovative startups in the travel-tech, mobility, and related industries.

In addition, Hannes is involved in several other entrepreneurial ventures. Hannes is a Co-Founder of an upcoming project and has also co-founded Founders Bay, an accelerator program that offers support and a six-month program for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Hannes has experience as a founder and consultant at DenKannManBringen UG (haftungsbeschränkt), where they provided guidance and coaching services. Hannes also co-founded SNAZZ UG, a digitalization and software agency focused on assisting small and medium-sized businesses in their digital transformation journey.

Outside of entrepreneurship, Hannes has worked as a lecturer at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and in project management roles at Robert Bosch GmbH, specifically in eMobility projects. Hannes has also worked as a professional and consultant at Deloitte.

Additionally, Hannes is an active podcaster, co-hosting Die NachtBarSchaft, a podcast that explores personal experiences and current events while sharing diverse perspectives.

Hannes Trettin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 2008 to 2012. Hannes then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, they attended the University of International Business and Economics, where they obtained another Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree, this time in Business Administration and Management, General.
