David Assouline

David Assouline has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Chief Data Officer for SNCF's Transilien and previously in various roles including Digital & IA Officer and IT Delivery and Transformation Officer since February 2012. Prior to SNCF, David was an independent senior consultant at Proforsys, specializing in Information Systems management and IT transformation from October 2010 to October 2012. David's previous experience includes serving as Deputy CIO at CMA CGM, where responsibilities involved overseeing business processes and IT applications, and as a Senior Manager at Accenture, managing strategic projects for major retail clients. Earlier roles included IT Principal at IBM Global Services, focusing on project management and application development for high-profile clients. David holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence from Télécom Paris, earned between 1987 and 1989.
