Éliane Barbosa

Éliane Barbosa holds a master's degree in Human Resources from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a DESS postgraduate degree in human resource management from the Sorbonne Business School. She joined SNCF Group in 2001 as a human resources project manager.

In 2012, she became Chief Human Resources Officer at Voyages-SNCF.com, where she was responsible for talent acquisition and development, corporate culture, and management agility.

In 2017, Ms Barbosa moved to SNCF Gares & Connexions as Chief Human Resources Officer, and in October 2020, she became its Chief Operating and Regions Officer.
