Communications Director at SNCF

Karen Levy is the Communications Director at SNCF. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chef de pôle communication Grands Projets du Groupe ADP / Directrice de la communication CDG Express from July 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the communication of the Group's infrastructure and development projects (Terminal 4, links between terminals at Paris-CDG and Paris-Orly, access to airports ...). Karen also piloted strategic and operational 360 communication plans in B2B and B2C - multi-channel communication.

Previously, from April 2014 to July 2019, Karen Levy served as the Responsable communication Grands projets du Groupe. In this role, they piloted the Orly 1234 campaign (toponymic change at Orly airport) and the Terminal 4 project consultation of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Karen was also responsible for the corporate and public communication of CDG Express - responsible for the CDG Express brand. In 2018, they won the Grand prix des Annonceurs in the Design category.

Before their time with Groupe ADP, Karen Levy was the Responsable communication commerciale at Aeroports de Paris from January 2004 to December 2014.

Karen Levy received a DEA in Medias et multimedias from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), a Doctorat en sciences de l'information from Université Paris-Sorbonne, and a Doctorat en Sciences de l'Information et de la Communication from Docteur en communication.

They work with Julie Reiner - Chief Financial, Legal & Regulatory Office, Patrick Auvrèle - Chief Safety Officer, and Pierre Gosset - Executive Director, Keolis Group’s Industrial Division. Karen Levy reports to Jean-Pierre Farandou, Chairman & CEO.
