Laurent Daublon

Laurent Daublon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Responsable sportif de l'école de rugby at Stade Bordelais Rugby since September 2023. With a long tenure at SNCF beginning in April 2014 as Adjoint RRH, responsibilities include integration and management of the training forecast schema, internal and external training management, alternation oversight, and relations with educational institutions. Previously, Laurent held the position of Adjoint RH GPEC at SNCF from October 2008 to December 2012. Academic qualifications include a master's degree in Human Resource Management from IAE Bordeaux, and multiple advanced degrees in coaching and personal development from IAE Bordeaux. Laurent also holds a DUT in Computer Programming from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
