Misoo Yoon

CHRO at SNCF

A graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques of Aix-en-Provence and a local government administrator, Misoo Yoon began her career as director of finance in a local authority.

In 2009, she joined the General Inspectorate of Finance where she ran audit, consulting and public policy evaluation assignments. In 2012, she joined Pôle Emploi (Job Centre), which at the time was launching a major strategic overhaul of its services to users, its organization, and its performance management, and accelerating its digital transformation. She successively held the positions of director of Strategy and then of network management.

In 2016, she was appointed deputy general manager in charge of Pôle Emploi’s service offer: she was in charge of designing and implementing the services offered to jobseekers (implementation of advice on professional development, development of access to professional training, implementation of a skills approach, allowances), and to companies (recruitment services), digital strategy, innovation, partnerships and international relations. In order to support these structural changes, she deployed ambitious change management programmes.

As of October 1st 2021, Misoo Yoon is Chief Human Resources Officer at SNCF Réseau.
