Pierre-Marie Fromion

Pierre-Marie Fromion is the current Chief of Staff at SNCF. Prior to this, they served as Administrateur at MONNAIE DE PARIS from January 2019 to December 2021, where they were responsible for the elaboration of the military programming law 2019-2025. Fromion also served as Portfolio Manager at Agence des participations de l'État from December 2018 to December 2021, where they managed investments in companies deemed strategic by the state, such as Thales, Dassault Aviation, TechnicAtome, DCI, ODAS, and action spécifique. From January 2015 to November 2018, Fromion was a Chargé de mission auprès du DAF pour la programmation militaire at the Ministère des Armées, where they were responsible for the elaboration of the military programming law 2019-2025. Fromion began their career as a stagiaire ENA at Safran from April 2014 to August 2014. Pierre-Marie then worked as part of the Cabinet du Préfet at the Préfecture de Moselle, préfecture de Lorraine, and préfecture de zone de défense et de sécurité Est from August 2013 to January 2014. Finally, Fromion worked as part of the Cabinet français at the Cour des comptes européenne from January 2013 to May 2013.

Pierre-Marie Fromion's educational career includes a Master's degree in Affaires publiques from Sciences Po, a Master's degree in Urbanisme et aménagement du territoire from Université Paris-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor's degree in Geographie from Classes preparatoires littéraires Centre Madeleine Danielou Hypokhâgne/Khâgne.
