Luc Lallemand

Luc Lallemand is the current Chairman & CEO at SNCF Réseau. Prior to this, they were with Vinçotte from January 2012 to May 2022, where they served as Président du Conseil d’Administration. Luc was also a member of the Comité de Rémunérations and the Comité stratégique, and an Ancien membre du Comité d’audit.

From January 2011 to February 2020, they were an Administrateur indépendant for RATP Dev, and a member of both the Comité des finances et d’audit and the Comité d’investissements.

Lallemand was also with EIM European Rail Infrastructure Managers from January 2009 to March 2020, where they served as Vice-Président et administrateur EIM.

In addition, they were the Président du Rail System Forum (RSF) with Union Internationale des Chemins de Fer (UIC) from January 2015 to December 2017.

Luc has also served as Administrateur indépendant for Réseau Ferré de France from January 2007 to December 2015, as well as Président du Conseil d’Administration for TUC RAIL from January 2005 to February 2020. Lastly, they were the CEO Infrabel et Président du Comité de direction for Infrabel from January 2004 to March 2020.

Luc Lallemand has a degree in International Finance and Exchange from the Institut de Finance internationale et de Cambisme, an engineering degree from the Haute Ecole 'Francisco Ferrer'​ de la Ville de Bruxelles, and a certification in nautical sciences and diploma in long-course marine officer from the Antwerp Maritime Academy. Luc is also a certified coach from Training & Coaching Square bvba/sprl.
