Luc Lallemand is the current Chairman & CEO at SNCF Réseau. Prior to this, they were with Vinçotte from January 2012 to May 2022, where they served as Président du Conseil d’Administration. Luc was also a member of the Comité de Rémunérations and the Comité stratégique, and an Ancien membre du Comité d’audit.

Luc Lallemand has a degree in International Finance and Exchange from the Institut de Finance internationale et de Cambisme, an engineering degree from the Haute Ecole 'Francisco Ferrer'​ de la Ville de Bruxelles, and a certification in nautical sciences and diploma in long-course marine officer from the Antwerp Maritime Academy. Luc is also a certified coach from Training & Coaching Square bvba/sprl.
