Benoit M. has extensive experience in human resources and performance management within the railway sector. Currently serving as Directeur des ressources humaines TER Grand Est and Directeur Performance at SNCF Voyageurs since July 2016, Benoit M. oversees financial management and continuous improvement initiatives.
