Damien Bouchet

Damien Bouchet currently serves as the Responsable Pôle Expérience Client Intercités at SNCF Voyageurs since May 2021. Prior to this role, Damien held the position of Responsable Pôle Perception Client / Animation managériale at SNCF Gares & Connexions from May 2017 to April 2021 and was responsible for Development Fret (Ports et industriels) at SNCF Réseau from January 2014 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes working as a Key Account Manager at Eurostar, managing accounts in France, the UK, and Belgium, and serving as Responsable Grands Comptes at Editions Lito. Damien began a career in consultancy as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Organization at MENSIA Conseil and held a brief role as a Junior Editor at Welcome Books. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Management de l'Edition from ESCP Business School and a degree in Economics and Finance from Institut d'études politiques de Rennes, alongside an exchange program at Universidad de Valparaíso.
