Emeric Heude

Emeric Heude has extensive experience in the railway sector, currently serving as the Deputy Director of TGV Traction and HR Manager at SNCF Voyageurs since January 2023. Previously, Emeric worked at SNCF from December 1997 to December 2022, holding various positions including HR Manager for TGV Nord Traction, where responsibilities included managing a workforce of 300 agents, overseeing budget allocations, and facilitating social relations. Emeric also functioned as the Coordinator for TGV Nord Traction Integration, supervising a team of 400 train managers and focusing on safety and training management. Further roles included overseeing driver certification and training programs, and managing the deployment of the SIRIUS tool. Emeric holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources with a specialization in negotiations and social relations from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
