Florent Monteilhet

Florent Monteilhet is currently serving as Élu du CSE Siège Voyageurs at SNCF Voyageurs since January 2023. Prior to this role, Florent Monteilhet had an extensive tenure at OPCO Mobilités from March 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included being a Member of the Board of Directors and President of the Professional Council for the Railway Sector. In addition, Florent Monteilhet worked with UNSA Ferroviaire from May 2014 to July 2022 as a Negotiator for the National Collective Agreement of the railway sector and served as Federal Secretary in charge of Traction. Furthermore, a role as Deputy General Secretary was held at UNSA-Ferroviaire from June 2019 to June 2022. Florent Monteilhet also contributed to AGEFOS PME as Vice President of the Professional Joint Section in the Railway Sector from March 2017 to March 2019 and was employed by SNCF between December 1999 and May 2014 in various positions including Manager of Resources and Commercial Service Agent. Florent Monteilhet holds a Master’s degree in Negotiations and Social Relations from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, completed in 2018.
