Jalen Gray

Jalen Gray is a dynamic entrepreneur with extensive experience in various roles within the business sector. As the founder of Out of Bounds World since January 2021 and a manager at Sneaker Politics LLC since April 2018, Jalen Gray has demonstrated leadership and management capabilities. Previously, as a financial analyst at Propeller: A Force for Social Innovation from June 2017 to June 2018, Jalen Gray was instrumental in supporting BIPOC entrepreneurs through a $1 million loan fund and launching the SBBI Program for local business owners of color. Jalen Gray also co-founded Bayou Kicks, an online shoe retail business, which highlights an ongoing commitment to entrepreneurship. Jalen Gray holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans, obtained in 2017.
