Jannesa Kaylor has extensive experience in management and operations within the food service industry, holding various leadership roles at Chick-fil-A, including Director of Operations and Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations as well as developing marketing strategies. Jannesa's career also includes positions as an Administration Manager at Snell Ventures and roles in field support and career specialization at Zaxby's and Lab Four Professional Development Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas-Pan American and additional studies at Texas State Technical College Harlingen.
