Natalie Beerman

Natalie Beerman is the Director of Operations at Snell Ventures, where they oversee the operational performance of all portfolio assets. Prior to this role, they served as the Social Enterprise Manager at Mission Lazarus, managing various aspects of production and supply chain operations across international territories. Natalie began their career with internships at Conexión Américas and the Office of Congressman Blackburn, where they gained valuable experience in social integration and administrative support. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Social Entrepreneurship from Belmont University.
