Timothy J. Kay

Timothy Kay is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax matters, and trust and estate litigation. Currently, Timothy serves as a Co-Leader of the Private Client Service Practice Group and Partner at Snell & Wilmer, a position held since January 2004. Prior to this, Timothy was a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 1987 to 2003, where similar legal expertise was applied. Additionally, Timothy has been a member and Past President of the Board of Directors at Boys Republic since 1999, an organization dedicated to supporting disadvantaged and delinquent youth. Timothy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, and additional qualifications from UC Hastings College of the Law.
