Joe Quezada is the current Chief Financial Officer at Snelling. Joe has over 9 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles. Joe started their career at Snelling in February 2012 as the Interim CFO/Controller. In this role, they were responsible for the full general ledger, financial analysis and reporting, and consolidation of 20 US corporate operating units and 50 franchise units. Joe also led the evaluation and implementation for upgrading financial and budget reporting software (Hyperion/Oracle Reporting Software), maintaining administrative and report writing functions.

In April 2021, Joe was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for coordinating with the CFO to plan and implement economic strategies and policies to achieve the goals and directives of the President and senior sales management leadership. Joe also provides for the preparation and review of annual financial budgets and quarterly forecasts, and provides analysis and variance review of the monthly financials with department managers.

Joe has a proven track record of success in both finance and operations. Joe is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Joe Quezada attended The University of Texas at Arlington, where they earned a BBA in accounting. Joe is certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from AMERIMAX Building Products Inc.

Joe Quezada reports to Lee Elkinson, CEO. They are on a team with Adam Tibbets - Vice President Of Information Technology, Jeff Crosier - Director Of Risk Management, and Katy Mundo - Director Of Human Resources.
