Zheng Zhuo

Zheng Zhuo has extensive experience in various managerial roles in the hospitality and tourism industry. From 1999 to 2006, they served as the General Manager of A'ershan Hotspring Resort, where they oversaw the operation and management of a wellness destination, including a hotsprings resort, rehabilitation hospital, and ski resort.

Zheng then worked as the General Manager - Overseas Project at South Beauty Group from 2009 to 2011, where they helped manage South Beauty Jakarta and was involved in restaurant marketing, operation, and revenue management. Zheng also contributed to the pre-opening of South Beauty Singapore.

From 2007 to 2013, Zheng Zhuo held the role of Director of F&B Operation at Shangri-La Group. Zheng was responsible for pre-opening Shangri-la Yangzhou and overseeing the food and beverage operations, including the Chinese restaurant and banquet department.

At FuWah Land, they served as the Project Director from 2013 to 2017, participating in various development and investment merger projects, including the Park Hyatt Auckland, Hyatt Regency Sanya, and Beijing Bailuyuan Hotspring Wellness Resort.

Zheng Zhuo then became the Project General Manager at the Traditional Chinese Medicine&Technology Industrial Park of Co-operation between Guangdong&Macao from 2017 to 2018.

Currently, they are the General Manager - Investment and Development at JORU Group, a role they have held since 2018. In this position, they focus on promoting JORU's four-level healing and pension operation system, which includes building industrial agglomeration complexes, project operations in node cities, and the operation of community service institutions and home care services.

In 2023, they will join SNF Metrics as the VP, although specific details of their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

From 1995 to 1999, Zheng Zhuo attended the Beijing Institute of Machinery, where they acquired a Bachelor's degree in Economic Management.
