Mike Smart is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing property services, strategic consultancy, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Managing Director at SNG, Mike is responsible for leading strategic development and operational delivery. Prior roles include Managing Director at Strategic Targets Limited, where Mike provided strategic advice and management consultancy, and Managing Director at Bellrock Property & Facilities Management. Earlier experience includes Head of Asset Management at Transport for Greater Manchester and significant leadership positions at Serco and Alium Partners Limited. Mike's military background includes Senior Executive roles in the Royal Air Force, where management of substantial defense acquisition programs was a key focus. Mike holds a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King's College London.
