Scott Galpin

Scott Galpin has extensive work experience in various roles related to property and security charging management. Scott started their career as a Deeds controller at the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) in 2008. In this role, they managed deeds and records, assisted other departments, and handled queries related to charged land parcels until 2012.

Scott then joined the Aster Group UK in 2013, where they initially served as a Property Charging Coordinator. In this role, they contributed to property and security charging for the Group's business plan. In 2017, they were promoted to Property Charging Manager and played a key role in implementing a new strategy to proactively charge assets and gather £100 million per year as security.

In 2020, Scott joined the Sovereign Housing Association as a Security Charging Manager. Here, their responsibilities included managing security charging, ensuring the organization used charged and uncharged assets to their full potential, and implementing a new strategy to improve asset charging.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Treasury and Security at SNG, formerly Sovereign Housing Association, since 2023. The details of this role are not provided.

Scott Galpin's education history includes attending Queen Mary's College in Basingstoke from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they pursued A Level degrees in Mathematics, Business Studies, and Information Technology. Additionally, Scott obtained a Certificate in Treasury Fundamentals from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in 2022.
