Ana Montero Merino is a seasoned marketing and project management professional with extensive experience leading customer solutions across various industries, including banking, healthcare, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Solutions & Marketing Technology at SNGULAR since September 2022, Ana oversees project management using Agile methodology and manages client interactions. Previously, as a Global Marketing & Comms Manager at Telefónica Tech, Ana was the primary liaison between local and global marketing teams, creating impactful marketing campaigns for multiple regions. Ana’s career spans roles at Telefónica, Telefónica Digital, VELTI, Buongiorno, SAGEMCOM, and Sharp Electronics, with a strong foundation in strategic marketing, audience engagement, and product management. Ana holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Entertainment Management and certifications in Digital Fundamentals and Customer Experience Management.
