Kevin McDougald II has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kevin started their career as a Volunteer Intern at the City of Columbus in 2004. In 2006, they joined KinderCare as an Assistant Teacher, where they prepared and implemented lesson plans for a NAEYC accredited classroom. Kevin also organized activities for children ranging from 4-12 years of age and received certificates for exceptional interactions with children and parents.

In 2008, Kevin worked as an Intern at the Supreme Court of Ohio, where they gained valuable experience in a legal setting. Kevin continued their education and practical training at Blockbuster in 2009, working as a Customer Service Representative.

Kevin joined Snider-Blake Personnel in 2011 as an Onsite Manager. Kevin excelled in this role for four years before transitioning to the position of Branch Manager in 2015. As a Branch Manager, Kevin managed daily operations and implemented strategies to ensure efficient staffing and recruitment processes. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Corporate Trainer, where they traveled to branches within the organization to train Managers and Recruiters on various aspects of their positions. Kevin conducted audits, developed solutions for ongoing issues, and provided comprehensive reports on recruiting, training, and advertising.

Kevin McDougald II obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Capital University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Kevin then pursued a Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Mediation at the University of the Rockies from 2012 to 2013.
