Reju Koshy

Reju Koshy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2022, they founded and became CEO of Square DataLabs LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Guthy|Renker from 2018 to 2020, holding the positions of Software Development Manager and E-Commerce Technical Lead. At Guthy|Renker, they managed a team of 15-20 Sales Force Demandware Development Team, led the team for brand roll-outs, and integrated PayPal API for major GR Brands.

Before joining Guthy|Renker, Reju worked at Walmart eCommerce as a Senior Principal Consultant from 2012 to 2018. There, they served as an Oracle ATG Principal consultant and played a key role in designing, planning, and implementing the re-order feature on Walmart.com.

From April to September 2012, they worked at JEGS High Performance as a Senior WCS Developer focusing on Endeca Refinements.

Prior to that, Reju worked at The Home Depot as a Technical Consultant - ITBMS from 2010 to 2012, where they worked on the Category Refresh Project, re-designing category pages driven by Endeca search.

Reju started their career at Wipro Technologies in 2007, working as a Software Engineer until 2010. During their time at Wipro, Reju worked on the VFCorp - THENORTHFACE & SHOP VANS project, involved in the design and development of the E-Commerce platform.

Prior to Wipro, they worked at Calpine Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they designed the architecture and implemented the Contract Connect Portal job portal site using Java/Struts framework.

Reju Koshy completed their Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from the College of Applied Science (IHRD), Govt. High School Campus, Mavelikkara, from 1998 to 2001.

Additionally, Reju Koshy obtained several certifications from IBM, including the IBM Certified Application Developer - WebSphere Commerce V7.0 in July 2011, the IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Commerce V6.0 in November 2007, and the IBM Certified Application Developer - WebSphere Commerce V6.0 in September 2007.
