Geoff Hayman

Geoff Hayman has extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Geoff is currently working as the VP of Software Engineering at SnippetSentry since May 2023. Previously, they held the same role at txtsmarter from December 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Orange Comet, Inc. from May 2022 to January 2023. Geoff also worked at txtsmarter as the VP of Engineering from October 2021 to April 2022.

Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Software Engineering at TruLocal, Inc. from February 2020 to May 2021. During their time at TruLocal, they successfully built and managed an internal engineering team, managed external engineering resources, and implemented various applications.

Geoff's previous experience includes working at Vendini (now AudienceView) as the Director of Software Engineering from February 2018 to February 2020 and as the Senior Manager of Software Engineering from July 2015 to February 2018. At Vendini, they played a key role in project management, leading software development processes, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Before joining Vendini, Geoff worked at Jawbone as a Principal Software Engineer from November 2009 to July 2015. Geoff was responsible for designing and implementing core web applications, managing cross-functional teams, and integrating various APIs.

In addition, they have held positions such as Senior Web Director at Careers.Org, where they organized and implemented time-sensitive projects, and Architect/Lead Engineer at Bannermountain.com, where they designed and developed web-based applications.

Geoff's career also includes co-founding PaperSpecs and serving as the Co-founder/Architect/Lead Engineer from January 2005 to February 2009. At PaperSpecs, they successfully developed an application for an online paper matching website and managed a team of programmers, graphic designers, and QA.
