Eric van der Helm

Eric van der Helm is the VP of Scientific Affairs, Bioinformatics & Automation at SNIPR Biome. Eric was previously a PhD student at The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability from May 2013 to April 2016. Eric was also a Visiting Research Scientist at Novozymes from September 2015 to November 2015.

Eric van der Helm has an educational background in executive education, biobusiness, big data visualization, and biomedical engineering. Eric has a Master of Science from the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from the same school in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Eric is currently a visiting research scientist at the University of Washington in the field of computational biology.
