Dawn Kinsel

Dawn Kinsel has a diverse professional background, including experience in legal research and government program evaluation. With an educational background in law and international relations, Kinsel has worked in roles such as Associate in a litigation department, Program Evaluator for the US Government Accountability Office, and VITA volunteer for United Way. Currently, Kinsel serves as a Library Page at Sno-Isle Libraries and a Hike Leader with The Mountaineers.
