Kate Kingen

Kate Kingen is the Founder of The Adventurous Oyster where Kate advises start-ups and established companies on business development, strategy, and operations in food & beverage, hospitality, and consumer industries. Kate is also a Founding Venture Partner at SNØCAP. Prior to this, Kate served as the Chief Operating Officer at Seedling USA, Inc., restructuring the company, improving operations, and supporting fundraising efforts. In the past, Kate has held positions at the New Jersey Department of Education, Newark Public Schools, and Deutsche Bank, where Kate was involved in various high-profile projects and transactions. Kate holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
