Operations Team

The Operations Team at Snohomish County 911 ensures the efficient and effective handling of all emergency communications and dispatch services. Led by the Director of Operations and supported by the Operations Manager and Operations Systems Coordinator, the team coordinates the efforts of 911 Dispatchers to provide rapid response and critical support to public safety agencies. Their key responsibilities include managing dispatch systems, optimizing operational procedures, and maintaining high standards of service for emergency communications.
