Gift-Noelle Wango MPH, BSN, RN is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in maternal and child health, population health programs, and nursing. Currently serving as the Maternal and Child Health Supervisor at Snohomish Health District since May 2018, Gift-Noelle provides visionary leadership and operational oversight for MCH programs while fostering talent development among a multidisciplinary team. Previous roles include Principal Investigator and Project Manager for the Afya Bora initiative at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where notable projects focused on HIV identification in vulnerable populations in Kenya. Gift-Noelle has also held various nursing roles in high-pressure environments, including Team Lead in the Intensive Care Unit at Anaheim Regional Medical Center and Nurse Supervisor at Topanga Terrace Sub-Acute Facility. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Northridge.
