Gift-Noelle Wango MPH, BSN, RN is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in maternal and child health, population health programs, and nursing. Currently serving as the Maternal and Child Health Supervisor at Snohomish Health District since May 2018, Gift-Noelle provides visionary leadership and operational oversight for MCH programs while fostering talent development among a multidisciplinary team.
