Lisa George is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving on the Snohomish County Board of Health since January 2023, Lisa has contributed significantly to public health reform in Snohomish County. At Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, a tenure that began in 2002, Lisa rose from RN Quality Consultant to Director of Quality, Medical Staff, and Regulatory Affairs, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient safety and compliance. Involved with the Snohomish Health District from January 2017 to January 2023, Lisa held multiple leadership roles within the Public Health Advisory Council, guiding important assessments and organizational transitions. Earlier in a career that began in 1983 at Cox Health, Lisa gained diverse clinical and administrative experience, including roles as an RN and Interim Faculty for the Burge School of Nursing. Lisa holds a BSN from Missouri State University and an MHA from Southwest Baptist University, underscoring a solid educational foundation in nursing and health services administration.
