Serena Bannister

Serena Bannister is an experienced design professional currently serving as an Engineering Tech I at Snohomish County PUD since June 2024. Previously, Serena held multiple roles at Dillon Works, Inc., including Design Lead, where responsibilities involved coordinating design efforts, overseeing the creation of Operations & Maintenance manuals, and maintaining design standards. Prior positions include Concept Designer at Vertical Visual Solutions, Architectural Sign Designer with a focus on signage and way-finding graphics, and Concept Design Specialist at Funko, contributing to the design of the Hollywood Funko store. Serena also gained practical skills through internships in lighting design and construction, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
