Joe Kraft

Joe Kraft, PLS, CFedS is an experienced survey professional currently serving as Survey Specialist Senior at Snohomish County, WA since January 2020. Prior roles include Redmond Survey Manager at Otak, Senior Surveyor at Michael Baker International, and Survey Project Manager at EPS Group Inc, where responsibilities encompassed ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Final Plats, as well as proposal creation and task assignment. Joe's earlier experience includes positions as a Survey Tech at AMEC Infrastructure and a Civil Engineering Technician at Pentacore Engineering Inc. Joe holds an A.A.S. in Land Surveying from Phoenix College and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
