Nicole McMurray

Nicole McMurray is a versatile professional with extensive experience in design, human services planning, and research administration. Since July 2011, Nicole has served as a Designer and Director at Joie Debris, focusing on creating useful products from waste materials. Currently, Nicole works as a Human Services Planner and Housing Stability Specialist for Snohomish County, WA. Previous roles include coordinating tourism projects and administrative tasks for the county, as well as managing visitor services for the National Park Service and overseeing operations at Southeast Sea Kayaks. With a strong educational background, including an MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Exeter and a BA in Environmental Economics from The Evergreen State College, Nicole's commitment to sustainability and community engagement is evident throughout their career.
