Yassine Tika

Yassine Tika is a CRM Specialist at Snoonu since May 2023, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, along with overseeing campaign management and performance analysis. Previous experience includes a Product Analyst Intern position at Winston Staffing and a Communications Intern role, where collaboration with the communications team led to the creation of promotional materials and improved customer-recruiter strategies. As a Community Development Advisor at Qatar Foundation from August 2020 to May 2022, Yassine organized community engagement events and managed a team of volunteers while developing skills in crisis management and effective communication. Additionally, Yassine served as a Course Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar for Elementary French I and Multivariate Analysis.
