Cara Norton

Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Snoop

Cara Norton began their career in 2002 as Assistant Commercial Manager at Virgin Money. Cara then held the roles of Head of Relationships, Project Manager/Business Analyst, Customer Communications Project Manager, and Marketing Programme Manager at Virgin Money. In 2019, they co-founded Snoop and held the roles of Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder and Head of Operations. As Head of Operations, Norton was responsible for building out digital marketing, communications and customer service technology, designing and building the Customer Support function, and managing data privacy in conjunction with the Tech team. As Head of Customer Interactions Capability at Virgin Money Digital Bank, Norton was responsible for designing and delivering a range of cloud based digital marketing and content technology solutions. As Head of Customer Support, they were responsible for designing and delivering the Customer Support function, researching customer experiences, and managing the CRM system and Voice Platform.

Cara Norton attended the University of Kent from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Politics and French.
