Jayne-Anne Gadhia

Jayne-Anne Gadhia has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jayne-Anne is currently serving as the Chair of Moneyfarm since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Executive Chair of Snoop from March 2020 to present. Jayne-Anne also held the position of Founder and Chair at Snoop from January 2019 to March 2020. Before their time at Snoop, they worked at Salesforce as the Senior Adviser from March 2020 onwards and as the Chief Executive Officer from October 2019 to March 2020.

Gadhia founded Gadhia Group in November 2018 and served as the CEO until the present. From 2008 to 2018, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Money. Jayne-Anne'searly career includes roles such as Retail Managing Director at RBS from 2001 to 2007, Managing Director and Founder/COO at Virgin One Account from 1995 to 2001, and Accountant - Senior Manager at Aviva from 1987 to 1994. Jayne-Anne started their career as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young from 1982 to 1987.
