Scott Foster

Scott Foster is an experienced professional in healthcare safety and emergency management. Currently serving as the Environment of Care Specialist at Snoqualmie Valley Health since September 2023, Scott previously held the position of Medical Resource and Technology Development Manager at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, coordinating public health funding and emergency response equipment since July 2009. From July 2017 to November 2023, Scott worked as the Western Washington Information Management Support Coordinator for the Northwest Healthcare Response Network, overseeing emergency management information systems and serving as System Administrator for critical healthcare tracking systems.
