Gretchen Richter de Medeiros

Gretchen Richter de Medeiros is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in program and content management, design leadership, and education. Currently serving as a Library Paraeducator at Snoqualmie Valley School District, Gretchen previously held significant positions at Accenture and its subsidiary Fjord, where responsibilities included global program direction and design program management. With a strong foundation from Microsoft in program management and design processes for user experience, Gretchen also contributed to educational content development at McGraw Hill Learning Group and Riverdeep. The career began with a leadership role at American Cultural Exchange, managing foreign language education projects. Gretchen holds a BA in Asian Studies with a focus on Japanese from the University of Puget Sound.
